　一年の気候は暑い乾季と温暖な雨季と涼しい小乾季に分かれる。乾季は9〜11月、雨季は11〜4月、小乾季は5〜8月である。

 

経済：

　通貨はマラウイ・クワチャ(1円＝約6マラウイ・クワチャ)。人口の8割近くが小規模農業として農業に従事する農業国である。

自給作物としてトウモロコシなどが、農産輸出品としてたばこや砂糖などが生産されている。

 

マラウイ湖：

　世界遺産であるマラウイ湖は世界で第9番目に大きい湖であり、アフリカで3番目に広く、2番目に深い湖でもある。マラウイ最大のリゾート地である。

Climate：

　Malawi has a tropical climate, with a hot and a rainy season from mid-November to April, and dry winter season from September to November, the temperature rise to the point of reaching the highest levels of the year.

Lake of Malawi :
